Refund policy
Zarmish values customer satisfaction and ensures quality in every product. However, if you receive a defective item purchased online, we allow returns under specific conditions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unwashed, unworn, unstitched, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team at info@zarmish.ae within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
(This policy applies to orders placed within Pakistan only.)
If the return is approved, customers may choose a replacement item from the available collection at the Zarmish online store. Depending on the situation, we will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Any shipping charges related to the return of a defective item will be borne by Zarmish and not by the customer.
Customers requesting an exchange (for reasons other than defects) must return the item along with the original invoice to the Zarmish Head Office at their own expense. Delivery charges for sending the exchanged product back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
Please note that products on sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
This policy is applicable to local (Pakistan-based) orders only.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel their orders by emailing info@zarmish.ae along with their order ID.
Please note that order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched.

At Zarmish, we offer personalized custom orders crafted to fit your unique style and measurements. To ensure transparency, please review the following terms for custom orders:
1. Definition of Custom Orders
Custom orders include any product specially made based on the customer’s specifications — including measurements, color preferences, design alterations, or additional detailing.
2. Non-Refundable
As each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable
Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned. Please review all measurements, details, and customization requests carefully before placing your order.
4. Order Confirmation
After your custom order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with all details for your approval. Please verify all information thoroughly before confirming your order.
